EWB-USC’s mission is to partner with rural communities worldwide to help them meet their basic human needs. Our goal is to design and implement environmentally sustainable, equitable, and economical engineering projects, while giving student members a chance to expand their global perspectives. We give students the opportunity to apply and stretch classroom-engineering knowledge outside the scope of professional practice. Furthermore, we strive to develop strong leadership skills in our members in an effort to better prepare students to become effective leaders working for a meaningful purpose.
